CareRelay may verify your identity before acting. Records may be retained only where legally required, including safety, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory obligations. You will receive completion or retention status separately.

This removes CareRelay-prefixed browser entries. It does not delete your account, Base44 session, server records, emails, or records held by other organizations.
Email is an additional support path, not the only way a signed-in user can initiate deletion.
