CareRelay provides documentation and coordination tools. It does not contact outside parties or provide regulated healthcare functions unless an approved integration is explicitly configured.

CareRelay does not provide medical or legal advice.
Clinical, legal, live production financial services, and emergency services are not provided through CareRelay.
Do NOT enter private or sensitive information
Do not enter patient names, full dates of birth, room numbers, MRNs, or diagnosis details.
Do not enter Social Security Numbers, insurance IDs, or private medical information.
Do not enter any information that could identify a specific patient or resident.
Do not use CareRelay to store or process protected health information.
Services CareRelay does not provide
CareRelay does not provide dispatch, emergency response, employer reporting, legal filing, patient-data storage, facility responder contact, or outside-party contact.
Authenticated shift or trip navigation may use live device location when the user activates navigation and grants permission. CareRelay does not broadcast or publicly share live location, and SafeShift does not provide live GPS tracking. No outside responder receives location unless a future approved connection explicitly supports it.
Live production money movement is not active. Stripe sandbox/test funding and payout infrastructure exists, but user-facing FastPay status does not itself advance or transfer money.
CareRelay does not submit reports to employers, state boards, regulators, or courts.
CareRelay does not provide Medicaid, insurance, or broker integrations.
CareRelay does not verify licences, background checks, or professional credentials.
The signed-out public pilot surface does not operate a shift marketplace; authenticated CareRelay worker workflows are separate and access-controlled.

By using CareRelay, you acknowledge that medical advice, legal advice, dispatch, emergency services, live production money movement, outside-party contact, and regulated healthcare functions are not provided through CareRelay. Stripe sandbox/test payment infrastructure may exist for verification, but public FastPay status does not itself move money.
