CareRelay provides private documentation, coordination, and support tools. It is not emergency response, medical advice, legal advice, employment advice, or a substitute for facility, workplace, or emergency procedures.
Limited Release Features
CareRelay is currently in limited release. Features including facility-connected responder tools, government escalation, HR/legal packet sending, emergency dispatch, public/shared live location tracking, and public facility scoring are not active in this release. Authorized shift/trip navigation may use device location when the user activates navigation and grants permission.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter. Do not enter other people's personal or medical information without their knowledge. Private proof logs are for your own personal documentation and coordination — do not use CareRelay to harass, defame, or falsely report individuals or facilities.
No Emergency Service
CareRelay is not an emergency service. CareRelay walk groups, proof logs, and coverage tools are coordination and documentation tools only. If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. CareRelay does not dispatch police, medical services, security, or emergency responders.
No Medical or Legal Advice
Nothing in CareRelay constitutes medical advice, legal advice, employment advice, or treatment recommendations. Private proof logs and care concern records are personal documentation tools. Consult a qualified professional before making legal, medical, or employment decisions.
Facility Status Labels
Facilities displayed in CareRelay may be user-submitted and are not official partnerships, endorsements, or verified affiliations. CareRelay does not certify facility quality, staffing compliance, or safety records. Trust scores and flags are based on aggregated user feedback and are not official regulatory findings.
User-Submitted Content
By submitting facility information, proof log entries, care notes, or other content in CareRelay, you grant CareRelay a limited license to display that content within the app for the purposes of the feature you are using. CareRelay will not publicly share your content without your consent and required safeguards.
International Availability
CareRelay is starting with a U.S.-focused release. International access is available but region-specific legal, labor, licensing, government, and emergency integrations are not active. Using CareRelay outside the United States is permitted but the app may not reflect local laws, regulations, or emergency procedures in your region.
Safety Disclaimer
CareRelay is a support and coordination tool. Authorized shift/trip navigation can use live device location only when navigation is activated and permission is granted; SafeShift does not create public/shared GPS tracking. CareRelay does not replace workplace safety procedures, facility security, emergency protocols, union representation, legal counsel, or government reporting. If you believe a workplace or care situation requires immediate action, follow your facility's emergency procedures and contact the appropriate authorities.
Medical Device Disclaimer
CareRelay is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. CareRelay supports documentation, coordination, and safety workflows. It is not a replacement for emergency services, licensed medical judgment, facility policy, or legally required reporting.
